Welcome to Sutter´s Landhaus!

To combine comfort and culinary delights in a straightforward way while venturing one or the other view in the modern kitchen, so we want to convince you with our very personally managed and charming restaurant.

Our seasonal cuisine, which is often accompanied by Mediterranean influences, we prefer to serve regional food, the whole thing connected with a dash of warmth and personal commitment.

All meals in our restaurant are freshly prepared with love and care. We don´t use finished products, we are cooking our meals with selected ingredients. Our aspiration is to offer our guests a culinary experience, which they can enjoy to the fullest.

Restaurant
Our restaurant, the rooftop terrace and courtyard are open daily from 11 am to 24 o'clock. . If the opening times of the guest areas or dates change for the Sunday brunch, we give them and also special events anounce here in the dates.

Lunch: monday until friday from 11.30 to 14.00 oclock

Hotel Breakfast
every day at 7:00 for guests who are not staying at the hotel (12 € per person).

Sunday-Brunch at the restaurant
11:00 until 14:00 11:00 until 14:00 incl. 1 glass of sparkling wine or orange juice. Coffee and mineral water unlimited. Children from 0-5 years free take part in our Brunch. The rate for children aged 6-12 years is 50% of the regular price.

    The “Sous Vide” cooking method

    Sous-vide is a method of cooking food sealed in airtight vacuum bags in a water bath for longer than normal cooking time at an accurately regulated temperature much lower than normally used for cooking. This method was developed in France in the 1970s. But Sous Vide could not establish to this time because of its difficult preparation and the unavailability of suitable equipment.

    The advantage of sealing the food is that sturdy vacuum bags keep in the juices and flavours that would otherwise be lost in the process. Especially short-fried meat gets very delicate and tender because it is cooked very slowly at constantly low temperature. Afterwards the steak is grilled briefly in a hot pan. That leads to a steak with the same consistency from the outside as from the inside for a unique taste experience.

Dogs are allowed to wait in the courtyard.
Except in closed societies can a dog in a separate room for a group in the conservatory.
